Learn how to tell if your Vetnique® Products are authentic and what we are doing to stop unauthorized resellers from selling diverted or counterfeit Glandex®, Profivex®, and Furbliss® Products.
Products sold by unauthorized retailers or sites are referred to as ‘diverted’ because they are products diverted from authorized distributors and sellers.
Diverted products can be counterfeit, old or expired, diluted or filled with unknown substances. The bottom line is they may not be safe to use. If you buy products with our name on them from unauthorized retailers, we cannot guarantee that they will perform as advertised and tested. Contaminated or counterfeit products could also cause adverse reactions such as irritation or infection.
Vetnique stands by its products unconditionally when they are purchased at an authorized seller. However, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized resellers, including, but not limited to, those listed below. If you have any questions or concerns you can always Contact Us before your purchase.
Vetnique employs a task force that monitors known channels of distribution and pursues legal action against diverters. We regularly monitor suspected diverters and use advanced tracking systems to trace diverted products back to their original source.

Vetnique is not able to identify all persons and companies who falsely claim to be authorized Vetnique®, Profivex®, Glandex®, or Furbliss® dealers. Vetnique® is the only authorized seller on the Amazon platform. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of products sold by all other sellers, including Amazon.com. They may be selling diverted, counterfeit or expired product. Buying from any other seller will EXCLUDE your purchase from the Vetnique Guarantee.
