The new look is rolling out gradually as inventory rotates. During the transition, you may receive either the previous or the new packaging—both contain the same product and formula.

No. Only the packaging design is updating. The formulas, ingredients, and quality standards are the same.

Will my subscription be affected?
No action needed. As inventory updates, your subscription may ship with the new look, but the product inside is unchanged.

Why does my product look different from the photos online?
We’re in a transition period. You may see either the previous or new design on product pages while we update images. The product and formula are identical.

Did serving sizes or directions change?
No. Follow the same dosing and usage instructions printed on the label.

Can I still use older packs with newer ones?
Yes. You can use products from previous packaging alongside the new look without any issues.
